I Fix the Stuff That’s Stressing You Out
Calm, clear help for the tools you use every day.
If you need something fixed, cleaned up, or explained, this is where I can help. I keep things calm, clear, and human — no jargon, no pressure, and definitely no attitude. Unlike big support teams that only tell you what to click, I actually fix the problem for you instead of making you click around your screen and feel stupid. It’s easier for you, less frustrating for me, and we both end up happier.
I work with everyday people, small businesses, and creative folks who just want things to work without the stress. I’m good at figuring things out fast, even if I haven’t used the exact software before.
Here’s what I can help you with:
What I Help With
If something on your screen needs to be fixed, updated, or cleaned up, I’m here to make it easier. Even if it’s not listed here, just ask — there’s a good chance I can figure it out. And if I can’t, I’ll tell you upfront and it won’t cost you a dime.

What I don’t work on
I keep things simple by focusing on the work I can do well and avoiding the areas that require in‑person repair or systems I don’t use.
I don’t work on hardware — computers, phones, tablets, printers, routers, or anything that requires hands‑on repair. Hardware support should always be done in person by someone who can physically inspect the device. Additionally, I do not support Mac / Apple products.
If it plugs in, I don’t fix it — but if it runs on your screen, I probably can. If you’re not sure whether something fits, just tell me what’s going on and I’ll point you in the right direction.
How The Process Works
Here’s how things usually go when you reach out. It’s simple, straightforward, and I do the work for you.
1. Tell me what you need
You don’t have to know the right terminology — just describe what’s happening in plain language.
2. I take a look and tell you what’s going on
No judgment, no lectures — just a clear explanation of what’s broken and what it’ll take to fix it.
3. You get a clear quote before anything starts
No surprises, no pressure — just a straightforward price so you know exactly what to expect.
4. You choose how I access your system
If I can fix it remotely, I’ll let you know what I need from you so I can get started. If it’s something outside my lane, I’ll tell you upfront.
Turnaround time: Most tasks are completed within a few business days. If something will take longer, I’ll tell you before we begin so you always know what to expect.
5. I take care of the work for you
You won’t need to follow directions or try to fix anything yourself. I handle the task directly, keep you in the loop, and make sure everything is working properly before we wrap up.
6. You only pay after the work is done
Once the task is complete and you’re satisfied, I’ll send an invoice. You never pay for something I can’t fix.
Pricing
Most one‑time tasks fall in the $25–$100 range, depending on complexity. Larger or more involved projects may cost more, but I’ll always give you a clear quote before any work begins.
I keep pricing simple:
- No subscriptions
- No retainers
- No surprise charges
- Just straightforward, task‑based pricing
You only pay after the work is complete. It’s a little risky for me, but I prefer it — it keeps things honest, and it means you never pay for something I can’t fix.
Frequently Asked Questions
Get answers to common questions about our services, process, and approach.
How do you handle project communication?
We are currently available by email or chat, Monday through Friday. We are closed on most recognized holidays. Chats are scheduled as needed and are not available 24/7.
Do your offer design services?
Not really. I focus on updates and maintenance rather than theme development or graphic design. While I may be able to make some minor tweaks, it’s not really what we’re selling here.
How do you protect my info?
My standard practice is to connect to the internet using VPN anytime I work with your data. Additionally, I do not store your user information after I have completed my work unless you have created a custom logon solely for support use.
I am a Mac user. Why won’t you help me?
I keep things simple by focusing on the work I can do well and avoiding the areas or systems I don’t use. I am not a Mac user. For Mac / Apple support, I recommend you contact your local Genius Bar (at Apple stores) or directly through the Apple support website for Apple-certified service.
How long does a typical project take?
Project timelines vary based on scope and complexity. However, most updates are completed within 1–3 business days.
Turnaround Time Example: If you provide your documents on a Monday, Monday is day 0, the 3rd day would be Thursday.
We are closed on weekends and most holidays. Those days do not count towards your turn time.
Example: If you provide your documents on Thursday, Thursday is day 0, the 3rd day would be Tuesday.
I can’t find what I’m looking for – can I just email you?
Absolutely. The main email address is in**@******er.us and I try to respond within one business day.
So, how can I help?
If something’s confusing, broken, or just not working the way it should, send me a message and tell me what’s going on. I’ll take a look, give you a clear quote, and let you know if it’s something I can help with.
